1. Eligibility :                                                                                                        

• Exchange/credit note is accepted if customer does not like the material or color of the garment.
• You can exchange for size or replace your outfit within 2 days of receiving your order.
• Ensure items are in their original condition, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packing and eligible for exchange.
• Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original state.

2. Product Availability : In case the size requested/product requested is out of  stock, a credit voucher will be issued, valid for 90 days.

3. Packaging : Please reuse the original package.

5. Reverse Pickup : We offer a reverse pickup service from your shipping address. In case it’s not available for some pin codes the client will have to self-ship it.

6. Pickup : We will arrange a pickup from your address within 48 hours.

7. Processing: Once we receive and verify the item, we'll process your exchange or return within 7 days.

Refund Policy

• Store Credit : Returns which are accepted can be claimed as store credit minus the shipping charges (to & fro), which is valid for 90 days.
• Fee : The exchanges will incur a non-refundable shipping fee of Rs.250.

Missing or Damaged Items

• Report : If an item is missing or damaged, please report it within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
• proof : Send us box opening video & photographs of the item and the delivery package.
• Resolution : Our customer care team will investigate and provide a resolution.

• 10-12% Color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights,
• We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Karaj Jaipur as accurately as possible.

However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
